I have been using Extempore App to assign and grade individual speaking/listening exercises. It was extremely user-friendly and works on the web and as an app. I used a free account for a couple of assignments and decided it was pedagogically sound and justified a paid account (I have 50 students, and paid about $7.50 per student for 2018-2019). See a review at https://appedreview.com/app/extempore/. I would be glad to share ideas and answer any questions.
